A solid block of Pink Salt Crystal (Mineral Massage Bar, approx. 1 ~ 1.5lbs, flat on one side)
sculpted out of 300 million year old rock salt containing all the 84 trace elements and minerals
essential to our body.
For hot massage, heat it up in the microwave for about 2 minutes, wrap it carefully in cloth and
place on a stress point. For cold massage, put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour, wrap it
carefully in cloth and place on a stress point.
