| Usage |
A bag of Karisol is about 454g / 1lb and the size of the rocks are about 1 to 1.5 inches each.
Preparation of Karisol
1. Fill a closable glass container with several Andes Pink Salt Rocks. Add pure spring water or
filtered water, and completely fill the container.
2. Let it sit for at least 24 hours, check and see if the Pink Salt Rocks have completely
dissolved. If so, add a few more Pink Salt Rocks to the solution. When the Pink Salt Rocks can no
longer be dissolved, the solution has finally become saturated at 26%, ready to drink. The 26%
concentration of the solution remains stable.
3. Put a teaspoon of Karisol in a glass of pure spring water and drink it on an empty stomach every
morning. Wait at least 10 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
You can refill again and again with water and the Pink Salt Rocks, continuing the process.
We also recommend the use of Karisol for gargling. It balances the pH in your mouth and works again
